Submission Guidelines
1. Paper Submission Deadline for the last round: December 16th, 2026
2. Please submit the manuscript of word version and pdf version before the deadline via Online Submission System or icmicconf@163.com, and title the email with "Paper Submission+TEL".
3. All papers should be written in English and not be less than 4 pages in length.
4. Note: Please provide reliable contact information in the email text, including address, telephone, email etc.
5. The papers should be original, unpublished and not submitted for publication elsewhere. Plagiarized articles will not be considered and the consequences will be responsible to author themselves.

7. Crosscheck Powered by iThenticate will be used for plagiarism and AI check. The amount of duplication from previously published content and AI rate detection should be less than 20%; If the amount of duplication and AI rate detection is 20% - 30%, modification maybe required; If the repetition rate and AI rate detection results both exceed 30%, the article will be rejecte
Review Process
Step-1: Submit Manuscript via Online Submission System
When you submit a manuscript for publication in Conference Proceedings, please an e-mail confirmation from the editor or editorial assistant will be sent to the corresponding author within 3 working days. If you fail to receive this confirmation, please contact the editorial assistant by icmic2023@163.com or icmicconf@163.com;
Step-2: Preliminary Review
The topic of manuscript must be included in the conference's aim and scope. Then, the similarity rate checking will be done. Manuscripts out of topic or plagiarism will be rejected.
Step-3: Peer Review
ICMIC uses double-blind system for Peer-Review; both reviewers' and authors' identities remain anonymous. Each manuscript will be reviewed by at least 2-3 experts in related field: one editorial staff member as well as one to three external reviewers. The review process takes about 1-2 weeks.
Step-4: Result
The review result is based on the suggestions of the reviewers. If reviewers have different opinion on manuscript, the editor will make a balanced decision based on all comments, or a second round of peer-review may be initiated.
Publication Ethics Statement
ICMIC follows the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible procedures against any publication misconduct. This Conference is committed to maintaining high standards through a rigorous peer-review together with strict ethical policies. Any infringements of professional ethical codes, such as plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, bogus claims of authorship, should be taken very seriously by the editors with zero tolerance. The submitted manuscript should not have been previously published in any form and must not be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Any behavior involving the manipulation or fabrication of data generated by AI violates academic integrity and may lead to serious ethical issues. If the author has used AI tools and large language models, they must clearly state in the article's acknowledgments section that the following information is provided: the full name and version of the AI tools used, the specific usage method, and the prompt used.
ICMIC follows closely the recommendations of industry associations, such as the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), that set standards and provide guidelines for best practices in order to meet these requirements.
