Brief Introduction: Alexey Nekrasov received the diploma in radio engineering, the Ph.D. degree (Candidate of Technical Science) and the academic title of Associate Professor from Taganrog State University of Radio Engineering (TSURE), Taganrog, Russia, in 1991, 1998, and 2000, respectively. From 1991 to 1999, he was an Assistant Professor of the Department of Radio Receiver Equipment and Television at the TSURE. In 1994-2007, he also has worked as a Researcher in the Sea and Land Remote Sensing Group. From 1999 to 2007, he was an Associate Professor at the Department of Radio-Electronic Facilities of Protection and Service, and since 2007, he has been an Associate Professor at the Department of Security of Information Technologies, and a Senior Scientist of the Institute for Information Technologies and Information Security of the Southern Federal University (ICTIS SFedU, former TSURE). He is an expert of the Russian Academy of Science, and an expert of the Russian Science Foundation. He has received research fellowships from 12 universities in different countries.

Brief Introduction: Shiling Zhang is currently the editorial board member of the Chinese core journal "Insulation Materials" of Peking University and "Electrical Technology". He was awarded by IEEE Power & Energy Society China Technical Council as the “Power System Instrumentation & Measurement Satellite Committee- China” and “Innovative Sensing domestic and foreign and Monitoring Techniques Subcommittee” director. .Brief Introduction: Qingsheng Zeng received his Ph.D. from University of Ottawa, Canada, and is currently a professor and PhD advisor of Université du Québec an Outaouais (UQO), an adjunct professor and PhD advisor of University of Ottawa, Carleton University, and Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique -- Centre Energie, Matériaux et Télécommunications (INRS-EMT). He has been a research engineer and a senior research engineer at Communications Research Centre Canada (CRC), Government of Canada. Dr. Zeng has undertaken research and teaching in several fields, including analysis and design of aircraft antennas, electromagnetic compatibility and interference (EMC/EMI), ultrawideband technology, radio wave propagation, computational electromagnetics. He has been the Chair of AP (Antennas and Propagation) / MTT (Microwave Theory and Techniques) Joint Chapter and Secretary of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) Chapter of IEEE Ottawa, a Member of IEEE Canada Industry Relations Committee, and a senior member of IEEE. Dr. Zeng has been a member of the Strategic Projects Grant (SPG) Selection Panel (Information and Communications Technologies B) for the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), a member of Site Visit Committee of NSERC Industrial Research Chair (IRC), and a reviewer of NSERC Industrial R&D Fellowships.

Brief Introduction: Lu Leng received his Ph.D degree from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, P. R. China, in 2012. He performed his postdoctoral research at Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, P. R. China. He was a visiting scholar at West Virginia University, USA, and Yonsei University, South Korea. Brief Introduction: Maode Ma, received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 1999. Now, Prof. Ma is a Research Professor in the College of Engineering at Qatar University in Qatar. He has extensive research interests including network security and wireless networking. He has over 500 international academic publications including over 250 journal papers and about 250 conference papers. His publication has received more than 10,000 citations in Google Scholar. Prof. Ma currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Computer and Communication Engineering and the Journal of Communications. He also serves as a Senior Editor for IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials, and an Associate Editor for the International Journal of Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing and the International Journal of Communication Systems. Prof. Ma is a senior member of the IEEE Communication Society and a member of ACM. During his tenure as Associate Dean Computing (S-HoD), NUST, the computer science program attained the top position at national level and 138th position at international level. 

Dr. Khattak started new degree programs of MS and PhD in Data Science, Artificial intelligence and machine learning. He also played a vital role in establishment of Computer Science Department at NUST Quetta Campus and at AWK University Mardan. Dr. Khattak contributed and also led cutting edge scientific research projects imbued with sound potential for national progress. He is credited with establishing research collaboration with many international universities such as School of Computing & Electrical Engineering (SCE), University of Missouri, Kansas City (UMKC), USA, Institute of Distributed Systems, University of Ulm, Germany, Kansas State University, Kansas USA, The Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Korea, Linnaeus University (LNU), Sweden and Kazakh British Technical University, Kazakhstan. He carried out his PhD research and Postdoc Research Fellowship at University of Missouri Kansas City (UMKC), USA and International Islamic University, Islamabad. Despite his involvement in multiple professional and administrative activities he has copiously contributed to prestigious scientific journals, seminars/conferences both at national/international levels, and has 170 research papers with more than 300 Impact factor and book chapters to his credit having 2460+ citations.
