Brief Introduction: Seifedine Kadry has a Bachelor degree in 1999 from Lebanese University, MS degree in 2002 from Reims University (France) and EPFL (Lausanne), PhD in 2007 from Blaise Pascal University (France), HDR degree in 2017 from Rouen University (France). At present his research focuses on Data Science, education using technology, system prognostics, stochastic systems, and applied mathematics. He is an ABET program evaluator for computing, and ABET program evaluator for Engineering Tech. He is a Fellow of IET, Fellow of IETE, and Fellow of IACSIT. He is a distinguish speaker of IEEE Computer Society. He is Editor-in-Chief of the journal IJQCSSE, Associate Editor of IEEE Access, Associate Editor of Journal of Ambient Intelligence and Humanized Computing.

Dr., Alexey Nekrasov, Southern Federal University, Russia

Brief Introduction: Alexey Nekrasov received the diploma in radio engineering, the Ph.D. degree (Candidate of Technical Science) and the academic title of Associate Professor from Taganrog State University of Radio Engineering (TSURE), Taganrog, Russia, in 1991, 1998, and 2000, respectively. From 1991 to 1999, he was an Assistant Professor of the Department of Radio Receiver Equipment and Television at the TSURE. In 1994-2007, he also has worked as a Researcher in the Sea and Land Remote Sensing Group. From 1999 to 2007, he was an Associate Professor at the Department of Radio-Electronic Facilities of Protection and Service, and since 2007, he has been an Associate Professor at the Department of Security of Information Technologies, and a Senior Scientist of the Institute for Information Technologies and Information Security of the Southern Federal University (ICTIS SFedU, former TSURE). He is an expert of the Russian Academy of Science, and an expert of the Russian Science Foundation. He has received research fellowships from 12 universities in different countries.

Brief Introduction: Fang Hu received her Ph.D. in 2015 from the School of Computers, Central China Normal University, Wuhan, China. Dr. Hu worked at the University of West Florida as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics during 2018-2019. Dr. Hu is currently a Full Professor at the College of Information Engineering, Hubei University of Chinese Medicine. She is an IEEE Senior Member, a China Computer Federation (CCF) Senior Member, the Website Chair of the IEEE Computer Society Big Data STC, the Executive Committee of the China Computer Federation (CCF) on Pervasive Computing, the Communication Committee of the Chinese Institute of Electronics' Youth Professional Technical Committee of the Internet of Things, etc. She is a Guest Editor or Reviewer for over 80 SCI journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, IEEE Systems Journal, etc. She is a Technical Program Committee and Program Committee for over 10 international conferences, such as EIIE, ISHCI, ICMIC, ISAIR, ICBSB, ICPMS, etc. She served as a keynote speaker at ICPHMS 2021, EEIE 2022, ICITBT 2022, MCCE 2023, EEIE 2023, ICMIC 2023, EEIT 2023, etc. As the first or corresponding author, she has published over 40 prestigious conference and journal articles, including over 20 SCI-indexed and over 10 EI-indexed papers.

Associate Prof., Shiling Zhang, State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company, China
Areas of Expertise: High voltage and insulation technology; intelligent data mining and digital twin.
Brief Introduction: Shiling Zhang is currently the editorial board member of the Chinese core journal "Insulation Materials" of Peking University and "Electrical Technology". He was awarded by IEEE Power & Energy Society China Technical Council as the “Power System Instrumentation & Measurement Satellite Committee- China” and “Innovative Sensing domestic and foreign and Monitoring Techniques Subcommittee” director. He also serves as the director of the IEEE New Sensing and Monitoring Technology Sub-Committee, and has won the Youth Medal of State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company, the Outstanding Communist Party Member of State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company, and the Youth Supporting Science and Technology of State Grid Company 2022 (a total of 50 people nationwide were selected as Chongqing Young Outstanding Talents in 2021).

Brief Introduction: Zhaohua Liu received the M.Sc. degree in computer science and engineering, and the Ph.D. degree in automatic control and electrical engineering from Hunan University, Changsha, China, in 2010 and 2012, respectively. During 2015–2016, he was a Visiting Researcher with the Department of Automatic Control and Systems Engineering, University of Sheffield, Sheffield, U.K. He is currently a Professor of Control and Systems Engineering with the School of Information and Electrical Engineering, Hunan University of Science and Technology, Xiangtan, China. He was a selected as a Hu-Xiang Excellent Young Talents of Hunan Province of China in 2018.His current research interests include computational intelligence and learning algorithms design, parameter estimation and control of permanent-magnet synchronous machine drives, and condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for electric power equipment. Dr. Liu has published a monograph in the field of Biological immune system inspired hybrid intelligent algorithm and its applications, Big data intelligent analysis and advanced computing , and authored and co-authored more than 60 research papers in refereed journals and conferences, including IEEETRANSACTIONS/JOURNAL/MAGAZINE. He is a regular reviewer for several international journals and conferences.

Brief Introduction: Vinayakumar Ravi is an Assistant Research Professor at Center for Artificial Intelligence, Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, Khobar, Saudi Arabia. His previous position was a Postdoctoral research fellow in developing and implementing novel computational and machine learning algorithms and applications for big data integration and data mining with Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, Cincinnati, OH, USA. His current research interests include applications of data mining, Artificial Intelligence, machine learning (including deep learning) for biomedical informatics, Cyber Security, image processing, and natural language processing. He has more than 100 research publications in reputed IEEE conferences, IEEE Transactions and Journals. His publications include prestigious conferences in the area of Cyber Security, like IEEE S&P and IEEE Infocom. Dr. Ravi has receieved a full scholarship to attend Machine Learning Summer School (MLSS) 2019, London. He has organized a shared task on detecting malicious domain names (DMD 2018) as part of SSCC'18 and ICACCI'18. He received the Chancellor's Research Excellence Award in AIRA 2021 and his name was included in the World's Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University published in PLoS Biology.

Brief Introduction: Qingsheng Zeng received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, Canada. He was a visiting scholar at High Frequency Technology Research Institute of Ruhr University in Germany, Senior Research engineer of National Communications Research Center of Canada, professor of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in China, visiting professor of Harbin Engineering University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing Jiaotong University, special expert of Shanxi Hundred People Plan, Adjunct Professor and doctoral supervisor at the University of Ottawa, Carleton University, the University of Quebec (Capital Campus), and the Centre for Energy, Materials and Communications (INRS-EMT) of the National Academy of Sciences, Canada. He is responsible for and leads six major research projects of Industry Canada, has published more than 100 papers included in SCI and EI, published 1 academic monograph, and wrote 2 chapters in the other two academic monographs, one of which has been searched more than 3000 times in many countries in just one year after publication. He is a Senior Member of the International Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Chair of the Ottawa Branch of the Joint Association for Antenna and Radio Wave Propagation/Microwave Theory and Technology, and Secretary of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Association. He has received several academic and technical service awards and was named the most Influential Researcher of the National Communications Research Centre of Canada in 2011.

Brief Introduction: Lu Leng received his Ph.D degree from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, P. R. China, in 2012. He performed his postdoctoral research at Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, P. R. China. He was a visiting scholar at West Virginia University, USA, and Yonsei University, South Korea. Currently, he is a full professor at Nanchang Hangkong University.. Prof. Leng has published more than 100 international journal and conference papers, including about 70 SCI papers and three highly cited papers. He has been granted several scholarships and funding projects, including five projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He serves as a reviewer of more than 100 international journals and conferences. His research interests include computer vision, biometric template protection and biometric recognition. Prof. Leng is an outstanding representative of "Innovation Talent" of Jiangxi Enterprise in "Science and Technology China" in 2021, received "Jiangxi Youth May Fourth Medal" in 2019, "Jiangxi Hundred-Thousand-Ten-thousand Talent Project" in 2018, "Jiangxi Voyage Project" in 2014, etc.

Prof., Maode Ma, Qatar University, Qatar

Areas of Expertise: Network security and wireless networking.
Brief Introduction: Maode Ma, received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 1999. Now, Prof. Ma is a Research Professor in the College of Engineering at Qatar University in Qatar. He has extensive research interests including network security and wireless networking. He has over 500 international academic publications including over 250 journal papers and about 250 conference papers. His publication has received more than 10,000 citations in Google Scholar. Prof. Ma currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Computer and Communication Engineering and the Journal of Communications. He also serves as a Senior Editor for IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials, and an Associate Editor for the International Journal of Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing and the International Journal of Communication Systems. Prof. Ma is a senior member of the IEEE Communication Society and a member of ACM. He is now the Chair of the ACM, Singapore Chapter. Prof. Ma has been a Distinguished Lecturer for the IEEE Communication Society from 2013 to 2016 and from 2023 to 2024.

He has published 86 papers and preprints in journals, books and conference proceedings. He is author of 5 scientific books. He is author and creator of 9 scientific and technological products.

Brief Introduction: Xiaodong Liu has been very active in the research in AI-driven software engineering, focusing on pervasive computing, Internet of Things, service-oriented architecture, evolution of cloud services, and intelligence-driven Cyber-Physical Systems. He has won 12 external grants and successfully led or leading these externally funded projects with the role of principal investigator. Currently Prof Liu leads the Intelligence-Driven Software Engineering Research Group at Edinburgh Napier University, UK. He is the founder a spin out company, FlexiCAGE Ltd. He has published 180 papers in refereed international journals and conferences and 5 book chapters. He is the inventor of 1 patent in Generative Component Adaptation registered in UK, USA and at International Level (PCT). He has been the chair, co-chair or TPC member of a number of IEEE and IASTED International Conferences. He is the associate editor of 2 international journals and the editorial board member of 3 international journals. He is the chief editor of 3 IGI Global Research Handbooks and the guest editor of 5 journal special issues. He is the regular reviewer of other 6 international journals. Brief Introduction: Filippo Sanfilippo holds a PhD in Engineering Cybernetics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Norway, with a focus on intelligent control approaches for robotic manipulators. His research interests include robotics, wearables, human-robot teaming, artificial intelligence, and control theory. He is currently appointed as a Professor at the Faculty of Engineering and Science, University of Agder (UiA), Grimstad, Norway. He is also an adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Informatics, Kaunas University of Technology, Kaunas, Lithuania. He is also the Director of Science at Twilligent AS, a company that is at the forefront of creating intelligent digital twins to visualise, simulate and optimise the operation of complex facilities, production lines and processes.
He carries a vast experience in participating in European research programs and various national projects from the Research Council of Norway (RCN). He is an IEEE Senior Member. He is the former Chair of the IEEE Norway Section. He is also the Chair of the IEEE Robotics and Automation, Control Systems and Intelligent Transportation Systems Joint Chapter. He is currently a member of the IEEE Region 8 Chapter Coordination Committee. He is a Member of the IEEE Public Visibility Committee, of the IEEE R8 Awards & Recognitions (A&R) Committee, and of Professional and Educational Activities. He is also the Treasurer of the Norsk Forening for Kunstig Intelligens (NAIS), the Norwegian Association for Artificial Intelligence.
